I gaze no more at stars;
your eyes are all I see.

I sigh no more, alone;
your breath is now in me.

I shed no tears for age;
your youth has tendered mine.

I cry, but for this bliss;
your kiss, my sweetest wine.

I sleep no sun drenched morn;
your flesh, my bedded dawn.

I waste no more my reach;
your hands now lead me on.

I fly, not wingless now;
your caress bids me rise.

I breathe, not of my own;
your lips, your kiss, your sighs.

I live no more unwed;
your ring, my ceaseless vow.

I love no more in vain;
your heart is tendered now.
