And Of The Sea

11 Feb

image

A wave breaks o’er the ocean spill,
and a ship casts its sail to the wind,
a seagull dives for a morsel of krill,
whales breech, and cut water’s skin;
yet the tide rolls on,
the wind remembers,
and the sea, full of life, remains, still.
